Subject: Very hot for nugget shooting

but i did try the troy out for about 1 hour. No nuggets, but lots of shavings of lead. I tried it in both discrimination and all metal. I needed to use beach discrimination in the area i was in, since it was very hot ground. in all metal i was hitting a hotrock about every 3rd swing, but they were all surface, and they are all "pink granite" that set it off. I did find it easy to use in all metal, the larger hotrocks were easy to tell by the sounds, and I was very happy with the performance so far (at least as far as 1 hour can tell you). In discrimination it knocked out the hotrocks, and its a little hard for me to get used to the idea of "no threshhold"..............but i was bale to detect with sensitivity maxed out, and detected smaller pieces of lead at 4" and 5" easily. the area i was in has really not been detected before, due to the fact that most machines cant handle the hot ground. Sorry to not have anything earthshaking for you guys, but it was too flipping hot, and the cool waters of the Similk were calling me and my dredge.................
