the signal of the small nuggets I found were immediately distinguishable from every other thing I had been digging up. And I had only taken it out about three times before, so it really didn't take me long to "understand" what it was saying. Of course, I've a few years of nuggetshooting under my belt, so learning a new machine may not have been as hard as it would be for someone new to the hobby. But nevertheless, I believe the Diablo mMax has the easiest learning curve of any detector I've owned. Like my Bandido II mMax, I don't ever plan on selling this detector!

Although, I wouldn't mind Tesoro coming out with an upgraded version of it...say, a PI Diablo? hehe
