My last try took off for cyber space on it's own before I got it done so I'll try again.

I use a SD2100 with 12 volt (7.3 regulated)power supply, Coiltek amp, cord, and coils. I use both mono and DD depending on conditions. I call it my magic wand and it treats me well.

I also agree with other posts here that a BIG part of the operators success is directly affected by attitude. Positive = Au, Negitive = zip. I have proven this to myself more than once!

I am not loyal to any "brand name" but use what works best for me personally. There is a definate advantage to owning both a VLF and PI machine as each has it's use under different conditions.

Things are changing so fast these days that it really pays to keep an eye on the new equiptment as it becomes available. As Rob mentioned, with each new advance old areas are again producing in many cases due to more depth, sensitivity, etc.
