Back at MMI

Rowen's face slowly broke out into an ugly grin.

"That's what I like to hear," he said, stroking Luca's face. She pretended to smile, although inside she was gagging.

You stupid, ugly, fat man! You'll never get the real code! Never! she thought with a burst of rage.

Rowen motioned to his associates. "Check the vault."

He turned back to Luca. "Now you do understand that if this is not the correct code, you'll be in deep trouble, right?"

"Stop talking to me like I'm a five-year-old, okay? I get it. Now what makes you think I would give you the wrong code?"

Rowen was taken aback. "Well, well. Are we feeling a little feisty today?" He said with an evil laugh.

She didn't say a word. Mandy and Fruzsina better come soon, before Rowen figures out the code is wrong. I don't even want to know what he'll do if and when he does...

Meanwhile, back at the meetinghouse, Friz and Mandy were reading what Friz had found on the ground near the closet door.

"Oh...my...gosh..."

"This is unbelievable."

Friz glanced around. "So Luca really isn't playing a prank."

Mandy turned and looked at Friz. "You know what this means, don't you?"

"Of course I do. We have to save her!"
