Bid, your post reminds me of an event in my life that sums up my reaction to your listing of moods for a man.

Once, in a problem solving course I took long ago, the professor asked me and two other students to resolve the problem he presented. We were to envision ourselves as being stranded on a lush tropical island in the warm, temperate tradewinds of the South Pacific Ocean. Though there was absolutely no hope of ever being rescued, the island was teeming with food, including a breed of cattle that had survived an ancient shipwreck in the treacherous shoals of the island. We would discover casks of vegetable seeds that were viable and some of the vegetables had begun growing wild around the casks from which the seeds had spilled. There was abundant fresh, potable water. Along the beach were hundreds of undamaged crates of books, all literary masterpieces. There were also three absolutely gorgeous, vitally alive women stranded with us... a blonde, a brunette and a redhead.

The first guy spoke, exhibiting his Canadian roots. "No televised hockey games, eh?" The professor gave him a grade of "D" and turned to the second guy.

"Why, I'd simply choose the woman who was most compatible to my own personal values and begin a family where she could find her own personal goals. We would form a government of equals in which the needs of all would be met and all would receive equal shares of the bounty available," pontificated the politically correct second student. The professor gave him a gentleman's "C" and turned to me.

I thought for a moment and said, "Sir, I understand all the elements of the situation you outlined completely, but frankly, I fail to see a problem."

I aced the course.
