Opp med hum�ret, kroppen kommer seg og du blir i bedre form enn p� lenge. Suget etter � spille bra og kassere inn medaljer blir enda st�rre.
Ta tiden til hjelp og tenk p� at det er bedre og v�re f�re var enn etter snar. Kan ikke miste en s� god spiller som deg p� at man ikke tar kroppens signaler om � si stopp p� alvor.
