I have a few ways to get past bess.

1. Install an alternate browers (Opera, Mozilla, Netscape, etc....)

2. The better way to get past bess is to deactivate the proxy server. This can be done by going to start>run> and typing in regedit. Then press cntrl + f to get a find box, search for "Bess". Then it will display the results. Click in the box thats like bess.proxy.org or whatever, and just delete it and save the registry. and ur done ;)
