PR wouldn't dare waste her $ on a pageant where D&RL are doing the music. Why did Cheryl use them? Doesn't she know how people feel about Dawn? Dawn's students Moms have bragged about how they have an edge when RL does the music. Dawn doesn't go to many pageants, she picks the ones that will cater to her. I am just surprised that Cheryl did.
