My daughter was Tiarra Reed she won 1st runner up she was from Tennessee the other girl from Kentucky placed 1st with less than 1 point between them. Tiarra placed 1st in regionals in Tennessee and she wore no make up and a dress we paid 30 bucks for! I was very satisfied with the decision and I knew none of the judges and entered none of the extra competitions so this was a fair pageant and I remember Pam running it, Both the winner and Tiarra went to the international Sunburst pageant in August in Atlanta and Tiarra wore the same dress... Tiarra not only came in top 10 in beauty which the Kentucky winner on the state level beat her did not place, but she won prettiest eyes!
