I know Toni has a photo shoot, and T/M and Gayle are not going. I am almost positive that Alisha Miller is not going, and therefore neither is Cassadee D.

With the amount of $ she's giving, I can't believe more big names aren't going.

Not many. I think she lost several when she rescheduled.
