Subject: D'ALBIAC FAMILY

hi, I am trying to rescue information before it is lost forever, and I am seeking help from anyone who knows a little, or hopefully, a lot about the Huguenot family of Lagier Lamotte, who married into the D'Albiac family in England.

I am trying to work out where John Lagier Lamotte and my ancestor came into contact with each other and expect another mystery, perhaps of the tobacco or East Indies variety.

I have quite a bit of info, am happy to share. Can anyone assist?

Susanna Stephenia b 1814 who married the 6th Duke of Roxburghe was a lineal descendant of Jean Lagier Lamotte, who married Louise D'Albiac 1734 in the French Church of St. Martins Orgars.

Hi,
Are you still interested in the Dalbiac's. (without the apostrophe). So am I. I have quite a bit of information about Col. Philip Hugh Dalbiac and some of his daughters.

Simon
