My sweety and I were in the balcony but we didnt notice those guys. I guess we were too far away from them and just really into Liz doing her thing. She has a wonderful attitude about her that comes across and grabs you while she is performing. I was somewhat dissapointed with the sound in the balcony area but I suppose that is expected. Hard to understand her lyrics which is so much a part of her music. Then I had my car towed from across the street in a lot labled as public parking. A cool $125.00 to get it back...grrrr.
Seeing Liz and her band at the small venue was worth it tho.

Hmmm, what is exactly meant by "acting like they were at a strip bar"? I mean, obviously this wasn't, per se, a strip show venue. Even if Liz had decided to disrobe, I don't think the promoters intended this as venue for that type of activity. I also venture to say that local statutes would probabbly have been broached as well depending on the extent of the disrobing. Were these individuals waving dollar bills around? Being in the balcony, though, would have made it difficult for the performers to have accepted these tips. I say performers because these potential gratuities could have been intended for her band-mates as opposed to Liz, I assume. I guess my trouble with the strip club allusion is noy only that the author did not use a truly descriptive term but also something else beside that. That is, I believe the author intended (and please correct me if I am way off base here) to convey a stereotype with sexual overtures to a situation that conversely was only an erotic cause and effect situation. If the individuals in question were responding to a suggestive performance fron Liz' concert then so be it, that is OK. However, if activities by these individuals prevented enjoyment of the concert then they were inconsiderate *ssholes, not strip club attendees.
