Henry - Bartender who doesn't make much cash and doesn't really have anything to offer the "trophy-wife" type.

Polyester Bride - Done on the cheap. Simple off-the-rack dress. Little place in Suburbia with a beat-up station wagon. Alligator boots that just went on sale.

A polyester bride is someone who doesn't have a lot of money. What she's going for is a rich man and Henry(bartender) tells her if she date famous men she won't wear a polyester dress. "do you wanna find alligator cowboy boots they just put on sale" is also something henry uses to tell her not to settle for anything.
