Now here is your first lesson:

Close your eyes and reach inside of yourself, looking for a red flame withn your inner eye. it should be next your heart, now, slowly and carefully try to scope this flame out of your body, to get it out into the open. once you have scoped, you will feel heat in frount of your nose. that is when you open your eyes. do not be surprised when you see the flame, or you wil lose control of it.
