Subject: how can i get him to kiss me?

ok...see...there is this guy i fancy at my school. he is not the cutest but neither am i. he is sweet and loyal and i love him. i am like almosst best mates with him and i want him to ask me out as i am hella to shy. how can i?? i think he fancies me as he looks at me flirtatiously and stuff. i also need some help on kissing as i have een told (by this boy ) that he would rather be kissed befor asked out by anyone. how can i kiss him?? he is coming round my house rerally soon and i think thats when i should kiss him. i cuddled up to him once and he didn't mind lol. anyone have any advice on how i should kiss him???
