2) Create a new account with c2c13 in the username
3) Activate your account
4) Go to the hidden tower and try to buy an item you want. It will say you can't afforrrd it. Keep clicking refresh anyway until you get an error message, then go to your items and there will be the item you tried to buy. If it doesn't work, keep trying.
