Subject: lying by ommission

Please email answer: My husband says he's going to the gym, after an hour of relaxing on the beach (alone?) he does go to the gym. I asked him point blank "are you going to the gym?" I say he is lying by ommission.
Also then snooped & found he has 2 checking accounts that I know nothing about + he has a contract to purchase a house I knew nothing about. He says I didn't need to know his business + he didn't lie about gym because he did wind up there.
To top all of this off we have been married 42 years! What do you think?
