Is that a threat? If it is, doesn't matter, cause the court will not find the reason you filed for it, isn't a valid reason to file one. You can't file a lawsuit without a valid reason, I mean, it HAS to involve money...I mean, Nintendo X didn't destroy your site completely...He's only bashing your site, that's all...And that's not a valid reason for a lawsuit. Common sense, Kev...After all, this is the internet, you are mad at....If I were you, I'd back off.
Call your site professional? I don't think so....Your ideas for forums is a bad idea...Nintendo X was right, forums will not double the hits/visits just because of fights. He is also correct that you don't get much visitors. (I can tell from this forum... Not enough members.)
If you want a good forum, go and cancel your current Angelfire account, then go buy your own dedicated server, then after that, get a forum, that supports: PHP, Perl, MySQL, or CGI. This server you are using now, is a cheap-ass server. My suggestion, GET A NEW SERVER! Like Nintendo X said! Sheesh. Other people also told you to look into new forums.
