Subject: screenwriting frenzy

I love to write. I write poems, plays, and short stories. But, I've been getting interested in screenwriting. I don't know alot about it, but, I know it takes, hard work, discipline, passion, and tolerence to screenwrite; everything I have. I'd like to know more about it. Is there anything you could tell me about how to train or get ready for screenwriting? Or is there any products, or other websites that could further me more?
