Subject: Legal forms. Where to find

Hi, and thanks for the help. I submitted a query letter and a pitch to a Production Company, and word came back that they liked the sound of my story, and they want me to send it to them with a standard release form. I want to comply, but I don't have any Standard Release Forms. I looked on the WGA site to see if I could take one from there, but no go. So, where on the internet can I find and download things like the Standard Release Form for writers? Please advise.
