Ok, here's a quick lesson in putting up zipped mp3s.

I'm with angelcities who at the time only allowed 15megs of space for your site, so i decided to make an account at 50megs.com just for mp3s.
I just went on to the page where you can upload files and then selected them and uploaded them
It's hard to explain, but just give it a couple more goes and if you still can't do it, post another message.
