國航釜山空難涉機場失誤

【明報專訊】今年4月15日中國國際航空公司飛機在南韓釜山機場附近墜機事故調查聽證會，日前在南韓釜山召開。

指當值員未取得資格

中國民航調查組在會上首次通報事故事實報告，表明這次空難涉及南韓金海機場空中交通管制部門失職，負有不可推卸的責任。據悉，最終調查結果，將在明年6月公布。

據新華網報道，中國民航事故調查組向聽證會展示的事故事實報告表明，南韓釜山金海機場當值塔台主管制員沒有取得南韓建設交通部頒發的民用航空交通管制員資格，對國航CA129航班機型類別不清，不了解波音767客機的性能，按照C類標準指揮飛機下降到700呎（而767型飛機應按D類標準，即1100呎）。

同時，金海機場也未將當時的天氣變化信息通報給機組。在CA129航班飛近機場之前，已經有8架飛機因天氣惡劣轉飛其他機場，但CA129飛行機組對此一無所知。機場雷達、燈光使用也存在問題。

今年4月15日，中國國際航空公司CA129航班在南韓釜山機場附近墜毀。當時，該航班上載有155名乘客，11名機組人員。事故造成128人死亡。
