I really want to transfer to a 'paid' web service, but hubby just suggested that I may have a problem cause of the scene caps. He says some might consider them copyrighted materials.

Are scene caps, if posted for free, legal to have and post? So many do it, and I've never heard anyone say anything about it being illegal, but now hubby has me paranoid.

Does anyone know?
