Yes! Ugh! And I hate it! And I hate myself afterwards! Today, I just keep thinking back to how I was yesterday, meeting these people and stuff, and I just HATE myself, but while in the middle of it, I can't NOT shy away. Depending on the situation, I will eventually lossen up and talk a little, but usually my initial reaction sends people running away in the opposite direction, probably wondering what the hell my problem is.

:::sigh::: I'm pathetic. What episode was the from when Chandler said: "I loathe myself" ?? --cause that's how i feel! :(

Anyway... my message board is quite the depressing place at times, isn't it? Sorry about that...
