I am posting a message which had been sent to us before the board was created. ----------------------------------------------------------- March 10, 2002 Dear Pam, I have enjoyed visiting your Long Island website and photo gallery. The N-96 boat especially got my attention. It's hull appears very similar to my Tim Butts Aero Wing. The Alabama Marine Police have informed me that the scream from it's 55H is well above the acceptable level and the speed will not be tolerated. I am glade to see there are still places this type of boat can be ran without enforced legal issues. My flights are now limited to day break runs when my need for speed gets really bad.
