 งานวันรพีปี 2551นี้ จะจัดขึ้นใน
วันพุธที่ 6 และวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2551
ที่คณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ศูนย์ท่าพระจันทร์ ตั้งแต่เวลา 09.00 น.-17.00 น.
โดยใช้ชื่องานว่า "ประชาธิปไตยเขาวงกต"
ภายในงานจะมีกิจกรรมต่างๆมากมายดังนี้

** กิจกรรมแนะแนวการศึกษาต่อคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์

** กิจกรรมศาลจำลอง ซึ่งปีนี้ใช้ชื่อตอนว่า
"อย่าปล่อยให้มัน กินไปด่าไป"

** กิจกรรมตอบปัญหากฎหมายระดับมัธยมศึกษาและอุดมศึกษา

** กิจกรรมลานน้ำชา ปัญญาชน ในรูปแบบของลานน้ำชาฝรั่งเศส ในหัวข้อ"แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้" พบปะคนดังในสังคมที่จะมาพูดคุยกันในบรรยากาศสบายๆ

** กิจกรรมเสวนาวิชาการ ในหัวข้อ " การชุมนุมในวิถีประชาธิปไตย : ถูกใจหรือถูกทาง" และ
หัวข้อ "รัฐธรรมนูญบนความขัดแย้ง : ทางแยกที่ต้องบรรจบ" ร่วมเสวนาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในสาขาต่างๆ

** กิจกรรมนิทรรศการในหัวข้อ "ความจริงเป็นสื่งใกล้ตาย" ,ห้องประวัติศาสตร์ 14 ตุลา และ 6 ตุลา และห้องหัวข้อการเมือง

** ตลาดนัด "Indy in Law" ขายของที่ระลึกที่จัดทำโดยนักศึกษาคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์
