Subject: 看了說明後的感受。

感受到你們的辛苦了。
而我們也只能說:你們辛苦了。

但,看了文章,有幾個想法提出。
一、終於等到一篇有說出一些事實的回應文章了。嗚…等好久。
二、你們該「負責」(呵呵,這樣講很嚴重的樣子。)的對象是玩家--你們的顧客,而不是那些isp公司,請記住。
三、玩家抱怨的事情不只連線問題,還有很多。希望你們能一一公告說明,處理方法啊,進度啊,而不是隱而不講。
事情不是做了就算,還要讓顧客知道。
我們總有知的權利吧。
(一個連線問題就要我們鬧這麼大才會說出一點點真相,那其它的問題……,呵呵,我不敢想像了。)
四、最重要的一點:顧客至上。
事實上,在這些日子,我們沒有一點受到尊重的感覺。
那…也不能怪我們要求的語氣不好吧。^^
五、你們的辛苦我們知道。但,我們並不住在你們公司,
我們只能從遊戲中去感受「你們的努力」
