參加我們的集會,或許讓您親眼看看是不是ISP的問題,這由於許多因數,許多ISP的接線狀況並不能"實話實說"!但若您有任何認識在各大ISP機房擔任要職的朋友請有機會和他們聊聊,看看我們說的是不是實話.

7/26日的連線原因出在TWIX的交換中心和我們各家T3線路的"嚴重塞車",至於詳情在這先向您說聲抱歉,真的公佈會害死他們而不是我們,您用各家線路當然也不會有較佳狀況,不過若您能夠將"連線資料"程式"順便"執行一下真的會對我們有很大幫助的,這得麻煩您幫忙了.

最後我們登道歉啟示也非要怪罪於其他ISP,而是呈訴狀況,不說大家也有意見,說了也有意見,請問您,您要我們說還是不說!
橘子有推卸過任何責任過嗎?
我們不希望在這調起任何"爭辯",只希望若有任何疑問能用"禮貌性"的發問,網路上的"不真實和隱藏性"常讓大家忘了"禮貌"和"尊重"的重要!請問我們有欺騙玩家們過嗎?為了有好的連線環境我們是不是在做最好的改進,只希望讓您知道有些言論是會嚴重令人誤解和不悅的,橘子是站在玩家角度再做事,不是"商人"角度這點希望您能明白!

一早回答您的問題,言語有點"衝"請見諒,若您了解一晚都在和ISP"奮戰",而一般H公司通常下班時間是不會"理人"的,再加上還得搬出"阿公級和阿祖級"的人物才能說的動他們"做做事",看到您的"有理的憤怒"我真的也會"小小的抱怨一下"~
不多說了,希望我們會做的更好讓您實際的感受到我們的努力
