Subject: 不仁道的保一總隊六大四中

本人是保一總隊大湳營區六大四中之替代役男，因受到不公平之待遇而特此申訴；申訴原因為：
本中隊在受理公差之時，同仁雖已盡心盡力完成上級交待之差遺，但從未獲得上級之體恤；也就是說，每每劃分公差之區塊時，本中隊總是作多息少，且負責之區塊竟涵蓋全營區，遠遠超過公平之比例原則。
甚至如果我們有他們解決不了的事情想要向上申訴之時，他們總是說：「如果你們敢向上申訴
就加重你們的公差或說要加重出操時間和增加體能訓練」也就是說，「威脅」；而且，本中隊之幹部
還有一個要不得的個性，那就是，祇顧著自己的面子，不顧所有同仁的尊嚴；(例如：小隊長蔡豐
隆，只要營區有公差他就接，還說我們進度太慢，已至同仁抱怨連連)就像有一次，他們的領導方式出現了問題，還錯怪了同仁，事後居然還死不認錯，不跟同仁道歉；難道警察比總統還大嗎?
因為即便是總統，也有做錯的時候；而此時總統都會有勇氣認錯，跟百姓道歉；而這些幹部就
只會顧著自己的面子，不在公開場合跟同仁誠心的道歉，這難道就是台灣的人民褓母嗎?難道罔顧
人民尊嚴是警察的份內之事嗎?如此踐踏人們尊嚴的警察，不要也罷!就像本中隊小隊長丁國書，就
是一個不分青紅皂白就冤枉人的小隊長，每次他一做錯，就死不認錯，且還用威壓的方式，不讓同
仁把事情說清楚講明白；此種領導方式讓人不服。
在此，懇請上級長官做主，為我們及其同仁跟本大隊和中隊幹部好好溝通一下，還給隊上同仁
一個基本的尊嚴。
