I have not smoked for over three weeks, and I will NEVER smoke another cigarrette again. I have used websites such as yours to use as my mantra each day. I am 35, and I started smoking when I was 22. I tried to use smoking as a crutch to help me get through my terrible family situation, but it only added another terrible situtation...I became a nicotine addict. Now, I am learning that smoking does not make stressful, life situations better...it only adds more stress to the mind and body. To anyone who has never picked up the habit of smoking... PLEASE, TAKE IT FROM AN EX-SMOKER, NEVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, SMOKE...IT IS NOT WORTH THE DAMAGE IT DOES TO YOUR BODY...YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET YOUR MISTAKE, BECAUSE ONCE YOU ARE HOOKED, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OVERCOME.... once again, thank you for your care and website...
