I'm sorry I haven't responded sooner to your welcome message - since I visited your school I've been travelling a lot and today is the first chance I've had to catch up. Congratulations on your decision to eliminate tobacco from your life. I admire your maturity and courage for taking that step - the first important one to the rest of your life, nicotine and tobacco free. You have good community support where you live to help you along your way. It's there for YOU. Nobody can do this for you, but you don't have to do it alone. I appreciate hearing from you, especially that you found helpful the information I talked about when I visited your school.
