Thank you for taking the time to stop by and post your messages. I had a wonderful visit to schools in your area(s) and enjoyed meeting everyone there who gave me a warm and friendly Kootenay welcome.

I wish all good things for each of you - and I especially send warm wishes to anyone who is in the process of giving up tobacco use and/or supporting another who is. Love and support for anyone you hold dear will help them through and don't forget the excellent resources through your local Health Authority and the B.C. Cancer Agency Prevention Program right there on your doorstep. They're there to help.
