Bret comes back from his sails over the world, with a cure for cancer - known as the holy grail. Harold stabs him to death, with a cross, to give Madge the grail. Alfie (the Harold dopple ganger from prison) escapes, and rapes Madge.
The grail only works if the drinker is pure - however Madge has just been raped, and is impure. When they are impure they shrivel to death. Harold does not know this, gives her the drink, she starts to die. Harold sees that she is impure, smelling the juices of Alfie, and turns to see Alfie...
