The answer to your question is no. The only Churches that maintain the reality of the True Presence of Jesus Christ, Body, Blood, Soul and divinity are the Orthodox and Catholic. Protestant Churches deny the true presence and say it is merely symbolic. Historical Christianity and the Bible however do not bear this out. The early Christias believed in the True Presence of Jesus Christ and there was never any disagreement in all Christiandom until the reformation.

According to The Catholic and Orthodox Churches to receive Jesus's Body and Blood in a state of Mortal sin is a Sacriledge. This would be in accord with St. Paul's warning about eating and drinking unworthily. If it's just bread, why the warning that you could literally die?
