Subject: Perceiving Energy and Spirit

Today, I would like to speak about Energy and Spirit.

All is composed of vibratory energy, and spirit is no exception. Spirit's vibration is much higher than ours which accounts for the fact that we cannot see spirit fully when spirit comes to visit us. There are people who can readily perceive energy forms and that is what I would like to discuss. Spirit often appears, to those who have more developed abilities, as sudden movement, often seen rapidly through their peripheral vision (side vision). It is as if something ran across rapidly. If they were to turn, they would not see anything, though spirit would still be there.

Higher spirit beings, such as Celestial angels and our own departed, will appear as "flashes of Light". For me, they appear as different colored lights that flash quickly, usually once, at a certain place I am at. I will see them and look up and acknowledge their presence. The flashing Light can appear on the wall, on the ceiling, in the room, or any other place spirit wishes to appear to make itself known. Spirit appears in different colors to let me know of their 'rank' in the Celestial Heavens. Those appearing in the color Gold are of a very high spiritual order. The White ones are also of a very high frequency and of a high order with great purity. Those appearing in Purple are highly spiritual beings, the embodiment of spirituality. The Blue ones are of the same order but of a slightly lower nature. Then there are spirits which appear in Yellow, indicating a lower order of angels or beings. Those seem to be the predominant colors that spiritual beings use when they make an appearance. I have been seeing these spirit forms for years and am always glad when they visit, as they are very protective and are a source of great comfort as they come as Heavenly messengers of God.

Spirit, due to its nature of not having a physical body to weigh them down, moves very fast. Unlike physical beings, since they do not have the density and mass to thwart their movement, they can literally be seen as "jumping" from one place in the room to another at great speed. Spirit can also appear as *momentary movement* of energy. I have seen that also. It is as if when not fully looking "head-on" but with one's vision slightly to one side of the object, they will tend to "dance" around for a small period of time and then stop. If one does not tend to look straight at them, they may continue for a longer period of time. This can only account for the fact that our peripheral vision and also our "off-center vision" can extend slightly higher than our normal direct "looking-straight-at" range of vision. Spirit can also make noise by causing small objects to move or crack, and other sounds they make may be the slight movement of the blinds on your window which can also be perceived as a form of knocking.

Our departed communcate in different ways to us. One very common way is in dreams when our own spirit is literally lifted out of our physical body during the dream state (of course, still attached to the Silver Cord so necessary for return). We leave to explore different dimensions. Often, when one returns, they have little to no knowledge of where they were and how long they were there. You may ask why that is. It is because in the spirit dimension, there is no time and space therefore, no real way to calibrate the passing of time or of location, unless the location is one previously known to the dreamer. In the case of *Lucid Dreaming*, one will be able to fully remember their dream. It is as if memories of that dream will be permanently implanted in their mind. All that happens seems so real and that is because spirit is in actual contact with the setting as it takes place. And just as one is able to remember the birthday party they went to for their child, they can thus remember a Lucid Dream based on the same principle, because they were there on both occassions. One in physical body and one in spiritual.

Our dearly departed have other ways of communication and I would like to ask those visitors to this forum if they have had the occasion of receiving communication from spirit by finding pennies?

Spirit can also communicate by manifesting pennies for those whom they are close to. It may be a penny or a few pennies or even nickles and dimes. Most often, however, the penny is used and it is also to serve as a reminder to trust in God! Remember, the penny bears the words "In God We Trust". It also has the word "Liberty" on it. It appears to likewise convey the message, for our better understanding, that they are now "liberated" and free where they now reside. That should serve as a great source of comfort to us. It is good, when one finds these special pennies, to document them. You can place them in a single, small see-through plastic bag that is self-sealing and use a small, yellow "stick-um" to write down the date when found along with a small description of the circumstances and then place the stick-um inside the plastic bag along with the penny. Numbering them on the back of the plastic bag with something like a laundry marker will be an easy way to keep track of how many are found and the sequential order.

I would like to hear from those of you who have had spirit visitations by way of different colored Light Energies. Also, those of you who have Found Pennies. Let's discuss your circumstances and the occurrence(s). We need to document these occurrences as well as the actual visitations by spirit.

Remember to always PRAY for your Loved Ones in spirit! They much appreciate your constant prayers as it helps them to elevate much faster into the higher realms of God's Light. They will hear your prayers and God will hear your prayers for them and will take note of your efforts.
