Dear Stacy,

Thank you for your question concerning your loved one. The fact that he is a loved one, and I use the the term *is* simply because there is no such thing as "was" since life *continues* in the world of spirit. Know that you hold a very special bond with him.

I am receiving roses to pass on to you and that is a great symbol of Love that those in the Afterlife use to send their love greetings to those in this plane. All appears well and there is something about a boat and a rainbow. Perhaps it is something you have seen, a picture used as a reminder, or a "heads-up" of something to watch for from your loved one in the not-too-distant-future if it has not already appeared. That is one way those in the world of spirit communicate with us. They use symbols as that is a common language there and those receiving their messages can "download" the symbology and then use an inner code known to those of us who are given this information to pass on.

About your dreams, dreams are a major way that those in spirit communicate with us, just as with symbology (as stated above). You see, when we go to sleep at night (or even during the day)we are in a "disconnected state" between spirit and physical body where those who love us on the other side can find it easier to make contact. Our own spirit often travels to their world where the bond of Love is tight and secure between/among parties. Ultimately, it is the *Love Vibration* that keeps us tightly knit together even when they are no longer in corporeal body. What we see in our dreams is often reminiscent of what we see in this world because there are similarities both here and there. Not to get too deeply into this right now, but there are different degrees in vibratory planes of existence and one of them is very closely related to the Earth plane where we often travel to see those we love when we have dreams or even the deeper, more lasting type of dream that we can remember almost indefinitely and clearly called the "Lucid Dream".

Those in spirit can often lower their vibration to come and see us and be with us. It is hard to completely forget about a place they have been in for a period of time, especially if they have lived to a grand old age. They are all around us and can both see and hear us! Let me just make an analogy between the radio stations and spirits. There are so many radio stations on the air, yet with their own special frequency they can be heard clearly by those who tune in to it. By the same token, spirit can leave hints that they are here with us by facilitating a scent, a song that comes on the radio, a bird that appears, or even a quick flash that some more attuned people can aptly see with their peripheral vision. We are thus in tune with them when they are here just as we can hear the radio program (though not see it)when we have tuned in correctly.

The fact that you dream him telling you that he is o.k. is because he is! Passage into the Afterlife is not a bad experience by any means! It is quite beautiful and those who have successfully crossed over see the beauty of God's world and though their physical body is no more because the spirit has no further use for it, they reach an almost immediate state of re-empowerment in their new life form and shed all illness, age, and limitations they once had here on Earth. That is why they most always let you know that they are allright! They can appear as young as they want to be including changing their appearance, hair color, mode of dress, etc. Since there is no limitation of time and space, all they do is think about it and it happens. Almost instantaneously! That is why angels travel so quickly to assist those in need on Earth. They can break the barrier of distance and arrive in this plane of vibration instantly to save one in grave need. Remember, each person has a personal guardian angel!

So, know that your loved one is indeed allright and is sending you clues that he is still with you in his new life form which we will all similarly assume at our appointed time. This is no limitation but an asset in the Afterlife! Someone named Howard is sending you greetings also from there! He appears as a chubby, jovial fellow about middle-age with a somewhat reddish complexion.

Remember to consider sending prayers to those whom you love who are in the Afterlife. They receive them and it helps them to move higher into the many realms of God's Light. God receives it first and sees your prayers as beacons of light that travel towards Him on their way to Heaven. Those who reside there need our *constant* prayers! Please do not forget them. They never forget us.
