Dear Lydia, Thank you for your question concerning spirits.
Firstly, you must know that not all spirits come from Heaven. Indeed, there are "opportunistic" spirits that come from places other than Heaven, from places of darkness. One must be able to distinguish between the two.

A spirit that comes and is of God is a most benevolent spirit that would not try to hurt you or cause any harm. It would make you feel happy, calm, and Loved. The high vibrational message it would bring to you would be another indication it was from God e.g, if the message is Positive in its content and delivery and if you end up feeling more Love after having read it.

If the message you received was not Positive and made you feel afraid, less assured, or nervous afterwards, then be assured it was not from one of God's holy angels. In general, one must steer clear of contacting any spirits unless they are very experienced and well-versed in doing so and know all of the protective methods that should be used beforehand, during, and after the contact period. The adversary sends his devils to pose as good angels with a message but generally does a poor job in doing so. A person, who is astute, will generally know the difference.

One who is being plagued by evil spirits who are there not to help you should, upon retiring at night, say several times the Lord's Prayer, also upon arising in the morning and throughout the day if possible. The more you say this prayer, the more Jesus Christ is with you to help and protect you! Every time you say the Lord's Prayer, it creates a shield of protection for you or your loved ones that you pray for. Those spirits who are not aligned with Jesus cannot enter into this area unless your faith is weak. Thus, keep it strong with JESUS CHRIST!
