Packages are delivered with bogus return addresses and bogus phone numbers. The packages are either empty or have the wrong merchandise � if you get anything, it�ll likely be the wrong choice and it�ll be of inferior quality, despite what they advertise. UPS says unaccepted merchandise is returned to sender, but in each case, it is undeliverable � �out of business, postcard sent.� They hide behind a maze of false addresses and phone numbers. Their bank is HOUSEHOLD BANK (SB), N.A. Ignore the cancellation fee. Checkout:

File a complaint with the FTC and refer to all the message boards that describe the scam. FTC can and will get to the bottom of it � but you must file a complaint. Good luck!
