~It was the day before my birthday when JD showed up on my door step.~
Jonna: Hi.
JD: You don't look happy.
Jonna: Did Shad send you?
JD: No. He doesn't know I'm here really.
~I let him in and we sat on the couch.~
JD: I need to know somethings.
Jonna: Like?
JD: What's up with you and Shad. I heard him one night while we were in the studio cursing at you. Is everything alright?
~Should I tell him? Why not?!~
Jonna: No! i want him to stay away, but he keeps cominga round!
JD:lol You're the first girl I heard say that.
Jonna: It's not funny. He threatin' me, he kiddnapped me for a day, I had to jump out a window and hitch a ride to get back home. He hits me and I can't deal with his temper-
JD: Whoa! Are we talking about the same Shad Moss who says you could be the one and he loves you so much?
Jonna: YES!
JD: How long has this been going on?
Jonna: It started when he stayed the night after the concert-
JD: Hold up, he told me he was with his cousin.
Jonna: She's next door, but when he stayed, the next morning my friend was in here while he was in a towel and he was rude. I tried to talk to him, but he turned his back on me so I pushed him and saw he got kinda mad, but put on a smile.
JD: I've seen that look before when a girl pulls on him and he get pissed, but always smiles.
Jonna: He needs help.
JD: What do you want me to do?
Jonna: I need to get away from him, but he knows where I live.
JD: We can fix that.
Jonna: Oh no! I am not telling you where I'm going so you can tell him!
JD: No. I'll give you the money, you find a new place to live.
Jonna: will it work?
JD: Yeah. While you're moving, I'll have him on a short tour. Call me when you'er done iight.
Jonna: Bet!
~It's been two weeks and I'm now 17. I was laying up in my new home with Jackie in her room chillin'. Four bedrooms, five bathrooms, den, game room, pool, pool house, and no SHAD around. I called JD and thanked him for everything. He told me Shad was pissed that he missed my birthday, but I didn't care. I was taking a smiw when I felt someone looking at me. I turned around and saw a guy looking at me from his window.~
Jonna: May I help you?
Guy: Huh? Oh I'm sorry! I was just looking at you swim.
Jonna: Well I know that, who are you?
Guy: I'm Omari your new neighbor.
Jonna: Well this is a fine way to meet my new neighbor huh?
~We laughed and I got out the pool when he told me he would be down. I was drying off when I heard a car start moving. Before I could see who t was, they were gone.~
Omari: Hey you.
~I jumpped when I felt him tap on my shoulder. I started to have flashbacks to when me and Shad first met.~
~*~I was drinking some punch when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around with the cup still to my lips. When I saw who it was, I spit out my drink all over his face.
Jonna: OMG! SHAD! I'm so sorry!
~I grabbed some nappkins off the table and started wipping his face. My thumb glazzed his bottom lip and I felt a shiver go up my spine. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath and opened them back up to see Shad smiling at me.~
Shad: You okay?
Jonna: I should be asking you that question.
Shad: I'm straight, is the drink that bad?
~I laughed lighhtly and felt me cheeks getting red. I looked down at my feet and started to talk again~
Jonna: I was just surprised. Was there something you wanted?
~He took his hand under my chin and lift it up until I was looking into thouse hazel eyes~
Shad: You don't have to be shy. I came over here to apologize for the way that girl treated you.
Jonna: Oh that's okay-
Shad: No it's not, she shouldn't of done that to you.~*~
~I turned around and saw Omari was looking at me with worry all over his face. I laughed lightly trying to show him I was okay.~
Omari: Are you okay? I didn't mean to scare you.
~I stopped laughing after I got a better look at him. I felt my inside drop down to me my feet and I had to ask him the question that would change my mood in moving here~
Jonna: Are you friends with Shad Moss?
Omari: Oh naw! I was, but he caught him with my girl, her name was Cassie. After that we stopped talking.
~I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding in. I said a prayer under my breath thank the Lord I was safe.~
Omari: Why did you ask me that?
Jonna: It's a long and hard story. Would you like to come in?
Omari: Sure.
~He smiled and I couldn't help but smile back at him. We walked inside and saw Jackie doing some crazy dane in only her bra and boxers singing Respect.~
Jackie: R-E-S-P-E-C-T! FIND OUT WHAT IT MEANS TO ME! R-E-S-P-E-AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!
~Jackie saw us and ran back to her room.~
Omari: lol And that was?
Jonna: My sister Jackie.
Omari: Your sister?
Jonna: Not really, she's like my sister/friend/mother/crazy ass peeps that live with me lol.
~We laughed again when I heard my cell the begining of AFRO Man's "Because I'm High" Go off on my cell.~
Jonna: lol hold up iight.
Omari: lol Iight.
Jonna: Hello?
JD: Yo Jay! Shad is going crazy over here!
Jonna: What!? What's he doing?
JD: He just found out you moved and-
Shad: You little b###h! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO US!?
Omari: Is everything okay?
Shad: Who the #### is that?!
Jonna: I'm getting my phone number change iight. Don't try an find me.
~I hung up, trned around and smiled at Omari like nothing happened.~
Omari: What was that?
Jonna: Old boyfriend. So do you want to watch a movie?
Omari: Sure.
~We walked down to the den and I picked the movie. Resident Evil. We sat back and was chillin' when Shad came down and sat across from us!~
Jonna: SHAD?!
Shad: Surprised?
~I ran over to my cell, but Shad grabbed me by my waist and slammed me down on the couch.~
Shad: Now why would you do a thing like that?
~I was crying by now and trying to get away from him when I fell to the floor and Shad fell beside me.~
Omari:*helping me*Are you okay?
~I nodded and called the police.~
Officer: How long has this been going on?
Jonna: A month.
Officer: I see, well you can come down to the station and-
Jonna: I'll do whatever to keep him away from me.
Officer: Okay, but he'll be out by morning.
Jackie: Morning!? He broke into our house! He's stalking my daughter! Why is he onlt spending a night in jail!?
Officer: Hey ma'am. I don't make the rules, I just go by them.
~Me and Jackie looked at him walk to his car and I saw Shad blow a kiss at me while they drove away.~
Jackie: Alright this is what we're gonna do. You go pack and I'll call your aunt Shay.
Jonna: Wait, what about you?
Jackie: I'm a stay with my brother. If you and me are together, hell find us easy. So we gonna go our different ways.
~I hugged Jackie and went to my room to pack.~
~Four in the morning~
~I was sitting on a bus to Canada. Six day trip, oh boy! NOT! I was almost sleep when my cell went off.~
Jonna: Hello?
Jackie: How you doing?
Jonna: Fine. Where are you?
Jackie: I'm almost in LA, you?
Jonna: six more days to go.
Jackie: Oh, cheer up. JD told me Shad just got out.
Jonna: It doesn't matter. I'm a be far away from him.
Jackie: Yes, you'll be safe with Shay.
Jonna: I know.
Jackie: I have to go iight, call you later.
Jonna: Bye, luv ya.
Jackie: Luv ya too.
~I hung up and went to sleep. I awoke the next day to the bus stopping. The driver got up and told everyone that there was two flats and they would be done fixing it tommorow.~
Jonna: Where are we?
Driver: Oh I would say about 25 hundered miles out of Ohio.
Jonna: Good.
~I got my thing and went and got me a room in the hotel. I was so tierd from the bus and sitting up all day was not a good way to sleep. It was getting dark so I took a shower and went to bed. I wasn't sleep for long when I awoke to a hand over my mouth. I opened my eyes wide and all I saw in the darkness of the room was a out-line of a male figure standing over me. I started to react, but his breath came down to my ear and said~
MV: Get ya shit and and let's go.
~I couldn't believe that my ex-boyfriend found me again! I let a tear slide down my cheek and sat up as he turned on the lamp that was sitting on the table beside the bed. No matter how much I ran away from him, Shad was always able to find me~
Jonna:*putting my clothes on*How did you find-
~I was cut off by his hand coming down hard on my right cheek. I fell to the floor and wanted to cry my eyes out, but I knew if I did, he would make it worst. So I just got up and finished dressing while he looked at me through the mirror with a icey glare~
Shad: Are you ready?!
~I nodded my head, to scared to say something and he grabbed me by the arm and dragged me out the hotel room and into the parking lot. I knew if I got into that car that I may no make it out alive. Without a second thought, I broke away and started running towards the other rooms. I was a foot away when I felf Shad grab my waist and carried me roughly to his car cursing at me all the way. I kicked and cried, but seeing as he was much stronger then me, I knew I wasn't going to win this battle~
*Chapter Eight*
~I was praying he wouldn't snap while we were in the car or kill me when we got out. I looked over at him when we got to a red light to see a tear roll down his cheek.~
Jonna: Why are you crying?
Shad: All I wanted to do was make you happy! Why wouldn't you just let me make you happy?
Jonna: You know what would really make me happy?
Shad:*bitter*What?
Jonna: If you would let me out.
Shad: What kind of fool do you take me for?! Look! We are going to my house.
Jonna: People will know where I am-
Shad: Not that house, another house I just got a week ago for us.
Jonna:*Scared*Us?
Shad: For me and you, our little family. You're gonna love it.
~I looked out the window and let my tears fall. If I thought he was crazy before, what the hell is this?! I watch as the light turned green and he drove off. I looked back over and saw him smiling. He really thought we were getting married and having children together!~
Jonna:*mubbles*Such a freak.
Shad: What you say!?
Jonna: I said your so loveable!
Shad: I love you too.
Jonna: I can't stand you!
Shad:*shocked*What?
Jonna: You are everything I DON'T want in a man! You're crazy and you hit me! I bet Omari wouldn't treat me like you do!
~I saw Shad face go blank and he turned back to the road and started driving. For three hours straight he didn't say anything.~
~I fell asleep and awoke to the car stopping. I looked and saw Shad's looking straight ahead with his hand on the wheele. He was holding the weel so tight his hands started to shake.~
Jonna:*sleepy*Shad?
~I felt something hit me in my mouth and my head snapped back. I heard his car door open and slam shut. I was in such a daze I could feel him pick me up and dragg me into a old building off the road. I was looking around and holding my hand up and it looked like it was vibrating. I started to get scared, but I couldn't move my legs or talk. I tasted blood in my mouth and felt tears roll down my cheek~
Shad: Don't cry now! Why would you say something like that to me! Now look at you! On our wedding day you have to be a bloody mess! Dumb b###h!
~I felt my back hit the dirt and tried to move me feet, but couldn't feel them. I looked up and saw his shadow tower over me and blacked out.~
~I awoke to my hands and feet tied to the bed. I was wearing only my thong and I was...I don't even know where i was. My head hurt lik ehell and Shad was nowhere in sight. I laied back and look and saw a sighn outside the window that said welcome to Nashville.~
Jonna: What the hell is he up to?
Shad: You'll find out soon baby.
Jonna: I'm cold.
Shad: I can tell.
~Shad pinched one of my nipples making the pain worse and making me cry out in pain.~
Shad: Why do you cry about everything?!
Jonna: Why are you doing this to me?!
Shad: Because you're everything i want in a wife.
Jonna: You need more then help, you need a prayer!
~Shad tighten the rope around my hands and then kissed the tears that was running down my cheek like a waterfall.~
Shad: Baby i hate to see you cry.
Jonna: you're the only person in my life right now that makes me cry. You hurt me shad.
Shad: I don't want to hurt you.
Jonna: Then stop. Let me go.
Shad:*getting teary eyes*I can't you're my soulmate.
Jonna: Please! If you love me, you'll let me go!
Shad:*walking out the room*I love you too much to let you go.
Jonna: Shad! SHAD!!
~Shad ignored me and shut the door. I yelled out in anger and start cussing at him, saying anything to upset him so he could come in. After I lost my voice I just cried in the dark until I fell asleep.~
*Chapter Nine*
~For the past three days I was locked in the room with one window with bars. I haven't seen Shad since he walked out the room that early morning. I didn't eat. The water was too rust to drink. I was looking in the mirror and saw that the right side of my upper lips was swollen. i sighed and walked back into the room to see Shad eating a sandwich.~
Jonna: Did you get me anything?
Shad:*turning around and smiling*Of course! Why wouldn't I get my baby anything?
~I walked over to the bed and sat at the far end away from him. I saw the hurt in his eyes and moved over alittle. I took the food and started eating. For the past week I was havin' morning sickness and eating aything in sight. I kept thinking i was pregnant, but i was scared to tell him. Since I didn't think I was ever leaving. I decided to tell him.~
Jonna: Shad?
Shad:*looking at t.v*Yeah baby?
Jonna: I think I'm pregnant.
Shad: Wha?
Jonna: I think I'm having your baby.
Shad:*smiling*Forreal?
Jonna: Yeah. I have morning sickness and-
Shad: You're pregnant with y child?
Jonna: Yeah.
~Shad scooped me up and spun me around.~
Shad: I knew you loved me!
Jonna: Shad!
Shad:*putting me down*What?
Jonna: You had me locked in here for three days! I could of lost the baby because of you.
~Shad's fae dropped.~
Shad: No. You didn't lose the baby.
Jonna: You had me in here for three days without food or anything to drink!
Shad: But-
Jonna: I will never forgive you if i lost our child! Our baby could be dead because you wanted to be selfish! What kind of husband/father kills there child and starve his wife!? How can I love you when you don't love me or our unborn child?!
Shad:*dropping to his knees*Baby please stop! Our baby is alive! I know it! Please don't talk like that!
Jonna: I need a doctor.
Shad: Why?
Jonna: To see if the baby is alive, health, or dead!
Shad: I can't let you go.
Jonna: Not even for our unborn child?
Shad: It'll have to die.
Jonna: What?!
Shad: I can't have a bastard child. What would that look like?
Jonna: NO! This is my child too!
Shad:*holding me*I love you.
Jonna: STOP! Stop sayin' that! You don't love me! Your crazy! CRAZY!! YOU'R MAKING ME CRAZY! I HATE YOU!!!
~I jumpped at him knocking down a lamp and started hitting him with my fist. I was moving so fast he couldn't catch my hands.~
Jonna: How the #### do you like it?! How do you like being hit and hurt! This is how I feel when you want to go crazy! Look what you did! I'm crazy because of you! I hate you and I love you at the same time! I'll love you to death if i have too!
~I stopped and ran to the corner and starttalking to myself.~
Shad: Jonna?
Jonna: I love, I love you, i love you-
Shad: Jonna stop!
Jonna: My baby, my baby, my baby-
~Shad ran over to me and held me. He cried into my neck, but it didn't stop me from staring at the wall talking to my self with a blank look on my face.~
Shad: I'm sorry.
Jonna: I want a strawberry mom.
Shad: What?
Jonna: Can I have one? With some milk.
Shad: Jonna stop, you're scaring me.
Jonna: Mom why do you let daddy hit you like that?
Shad: Oh shit.
Jonna: Mom I want you to meet my husband Shad. Shad say hello.
Shad: Nobody is there Jonna.
Jonna:*looking at him*How can you talk about my mom like that!? She says she hates you.
Shad: Jonna snap out of it!
Jonna: Bye mommy, I'll see you soon. If Shad keeps givin' me love taps like daddy did to you, i'll see you really soon.

~I looked at him and got up and walked over to the bed and laied down.~
