And when I say realistic I mean if you know your GPA is no higher than a 3.5 don't say you went to Harvard and became a doctor. Be realistic say you went to a nice school but nothing outrageous. We will then grade you a month from today and you'll get your grades back a few days after you give us the dolls. Ms. Foster: So today you will talk to your partners and get to know them. Then by the end of this week we expect you to at least have your first 5 years planned out, with a minimum of 3 years. Now for the next 45 minutes talk to your partners and write things down that you think that have a key of importance in this project. With that Chelle wrote a note to Kay and Clara. Where are you from? Lami: I just moved here wit my family and cousins. I'm from NJ. Clara: Okay. Who are yo cousins? Lami: Jarell, Haze, and Jiz. Clara: Oh ok. Jiz? That's different. Lami: That's just a nickname. His real name is John. Clara: Oh ok. With Kay and Jarell Jarell: So yo name is Ayesha like the song huh? Kay:[laughin] Yeah, but everyone around here calls me by my middle name, Kaylonie. Jarell: That's pretty. Kay: Thanx. So you're not from around here are you? Jarell: Naw I'm from LA but I moved here from NJ. Kay: Okay. So you know anybody yet? Jarell: No just my cousins. Kay: Who are yo cousins? Jarell: Haze, Jiz, and Lami. Kay: I don't know them they must be new. Jarell:Yeah over there wit yo girl is Haze and the other one is Jarell. Jiz is in a different class ri now. Kay: Which one? Jarell: He's in Algebra 2 ri now. Kay: Oh lawd. Jarell: Wha? Kay: Chelle's lil sista is in that class. She looks just like Chelle but taller and different color eyes, hair, and skin. Jarell: He probably holla'in at her then. He like them type of girls. Kay: Her man in that class too...LOL. Jarell: Please my cousin don't care nothin about that. He'll holla at any girl even if she is wit her man. Kay: Michael wouldn't like that. But knownin how him and his friends are she probably holla'in back at him. All the guys in this school that are one the teams are crooked as hell. Jarell: Uh huh.
