Subject: 1979 MALIBU MECHANICALLY TUNE, WI

79 malibu classic with a 1 year old 350 engine with 10k miles on it with, rebuilt carb, rpm intake, headers, rebuilt tranny(long neck) with less than 1000k, stock 2.73 open rear end, new shorter driveshaft, u joints, trq converter, shift kit, new cats, easily passed emissions with flying colors, alum 5 spoke rims(late60-early 70s style), new larger radiator, advanced timing, hei 8mm wires completely new brake system from master cylinder to the backing plate on the rear drums, was aligned around 5 months ago, painted int black except for steering wheel. brown carpet, brown bench seats, have black seat covers, have monte gauge cluster(not installed) with 85mph, oil, volt, gas, temp, and rpm, 6x9 kenwoods back, infinity 5" front, tape deck(stock) new bacttery, new bulbs in front, big sway bar in the front which ripped the bolts out of the frame, but was welded very nicely and is strong(believe me), rear sway, new shocks in rear, has a lift on the rear, but i have 2 other sets of springs(stock) and some ones i dont know howd they would fit, oil change with lucas oil every 2500, straight body 3% rust, brown ext. frame is rotted in back.(i have a 85 monte with a great frame in the rear that i would add for another 500), floor pan on right passenger is rotted, new 81 cossmember, power steering leaks a little. ran 14.7 in 1/4. All in all all the mechanical maintenence has been done through the past year. I have some of the extra parts for the car, nothing crazy though.
