Go down to your local junkyard.Find any 78-88 G body with either factory bucket seats OR a split bench seat. The 4 inner mounts are the same. You can either pay to have the yard torch them out like I did OR bring some tools. Unbolt the seats. Pull the carpet back to expose them. Then chop them out of the floor with a hammer and cold chisel. I cordless sawzall would work just as well. I dont break the spot welds in the yard. I take part of the floor with them and then drill the spot welds at home.
