the German Shepards and Retrievers would be OK for the Arctic, but they would still be in a pet shop. The cats are fine as long as they're long-haired and mixed breeds. Purebreed cats that can survive the Arctic: Maine Coons, Somalis, Munchkins(perfectly adaped, came from Siberia), Turkish Angora (white or cream colored), British Tukish Cat(likes to swim). I can make a pet shop for you and give you the PsW and ID if you'll stop putting purebreds in the animal shelter and use breeds that can actually survive.
