Is This Legal? Short answer is YES! Like most of us I was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspects of it. It follows the same regulations as the mailed chain letters, which according to the U.S. Post Office (1-800-725-2161) is indeed legal. It was even proven on Oprah!
Basically, you send $5.00 through PayPal to the #1 and #5 emails stated in the article. You then place your own email address in the bottom of the list at number.5, and post the article in at least 200 newsgroups. (There are thousands). No catch, that was it. After thinking it over, and talking to few people first, I thought about trying it. I figured what have I got to lose except $10.00, right?
So I invested the measly $10. Well GUESS WHAT!!?. Within 7 days, I started getting money in my PayPal account! I was shocked! I figured it would end soon, but the money just kept coming in. In my first week, I made about $20.00. By the end second week I had made a total over $1,200.00! In the third week I had over $10,000.00 and it's still growing. This is now my fourth week and I have made a total of just over $36,000.00 and it's still coming in rapidly. Its certainly worth $10.00, I have spent more than that on the lottery!!
You should print a copy of this article NOW, so you can get the information off of it as you need it.
Requirements: You must have a verified PayPal account. Be sure to sign up for a free PREMIER or BUSINESS account (and not just a PERSONAL account). If you do not have an account you can go to www.paypal.com and follow the instructions to set up a free account. In order to place the initial $10 into your account, you will have to verify your bank account with PayPal (which may take a few days). Or if you want to start right away, press the ‘Send Money’ tab and use your credit or debit card to send the $5 to the #1 and #5 email address.
STEP 1:
Login to your PayPal account and send $5.00 to #1 and #5 emails on the below list. To do this click the “Send Money” tab and:
- put the #1 email address (from the list below) into the “Recipient’s Email” box
- enter $5 in the “Amount” box
- in the “Category of Purchase” select “Service” as the purchase type
- in the “Email Subject” type "EMAIL LIST"
- and in the “Notes” box type “PLEASE PUT ME ON YOUR EMAIL LIST"
-repeat this process with the # 5 email address
Make sure to type “Email List” and “Please Put Me On Your Email List”. What you are doing is creating a service. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY LEGAL!
Here is the email list:

STEP 2:
Take the #1 email address OFF the list that you see above, and move the other addresses up one. #5 email address becomes # 4, #4 becomes #3, #3 becomes #2 and #2 becomes #1. THEN, add YOUR email address (the one used on the PayPal account) as number #5 on the list.
DO NOT TRY TO PLACE YOURSELF IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT WILL
ONLY REACH THE PEOPLE YOU SEND IT TO, AND THEN YOUR NAME
WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LIST AND YOU WILL MISS OUT ON THE
PROSPERITY YOU WOULD OTHERWISE RECEIVE IF YOU FOLLOW THE

STEP 3:
Change anything you need to from this article like the date and spelling, but try to keep it as close to original as possible. Now you need to post this amended article. Just COPY and PASTE this amended article to at least 200 newsgroups and/or message boards. (I think there are close to 32,000 groups) All you need is 200, but remember, the more you post, the more money you make – as well as everyone else on the list!
How to Post:
Use any search engine and search for any "Message Boards", “News Groups”, Forums, or Opportunity Seekers Email Lists, and post this letter on them. Just Copy and Paste it! I suggest to send at least 200 e-mails and/or post on 200 message boards (it works a lot faster than just sending to your friends and family, which is also an option for you). If you choose to post and/or e-mail more than 200, that will
increase the response, which in turn increases your income. Now, before you
send and/or post this letter, make sure you have added your e-mail address to the #5 position and
move everyone else up, and then remove e-mail in the #1 position.

At a conservative response, for example 7.5% return rate:
You send out 200 e-mails, 15 of those people send $5 = $715
Those 15 send out 200 e-mails, 225 people send you $5 = $1125
Those 225 send out 200 e-mails, 3,375 people send you $5= $16,875
Those 3,375 send out 200 e-mails, 759,375 people send you $5= $3,796,875

Here are a few tips that I have learned:
*As soon as you get your addresses, send the e-mails ASAP while the list is
still fresh
*File your responses alphabetically everyday.
*Remain calm! Keep your job until you have time to plan your next step.
- Give 10% of your new income to a charitable organization (you reap what
you sow)
- Save 10%, set aside 10% to buy more addresses, 20% for your bills, 30% for
taxes and 20% to enjoy.
- Not enough? Send! Send! Send!
