Subject: Tech Integration Specialists, what would you suggest I include in my grant proposal?

In preparing grant proposals to obtain more and better computers for our elementary school, I acknowledge that the purchase of hardware and software alone do not an integrated program make! Perhaps the services of a Tech Integration Consultant and/or integration seminars for faculty should be included when asking for technobucks? Does anyone here have experience with including integration costs in a proposal for hardware/software? Are there lecturers or consultants you'd recommend? Other advice?

Thanks for any help.
