I took the liberty to cut and paste some of the letter that Allie Cedrone sent to me as I really thought it to be of so much value and that is why I have set up this board for all of you. Please use it to share ideas and help each other. ..Gail. "While brainstorming today, I thought it would be an extremely useful tool for all technology specialists in our area. As technology specialists we should lead the way and show our teachers how easy it is to use this type of on-line discussion format. At times it is difficult to meet as a group and it isn't always as beneficial as we would like it to be. (Example: Mac manager discussions when I'm in a PC environment). By setting up a discussion board, we can all post questions or ideas that we would like to discuss, while staying put in our buildings to take care of any issues that come up. I see discussion boards as the way to go for our tech. integration meetings. I think we would get more out of the discussions and from a larger group of people. This is just a thought and maybe it will only work in addition to meeting face to face. " - Allison Cedrone
