A piercing cry filters through the air, shattering the silence. A cold wind blows, tone of rhythmic hoof beats grows louder. The sun begins to rise, releasing bold, beautiful color across the crimson sky, lighting up the path of the bold figure. Copper coat smolders in the desert sun, black mane whipping behind her as flame, tail nicked up, head held high. You notice a slender, slightly smaller golden mare close by her side. Flaxen mane glowing, playing the winds. She whinnies out to the lands they once called home. The bay lurched forward, picking up speed, seeming to fly across the sand. She scales a tall dune. Apon reaching the top she rears, releasing another piercing, sinister cry upon the lands, the palomino at her side. Who are they? What do they want? Do you remember?
