We were tanned for the AAM pageant and our tan was botched up. this lady told us to come back and get it fixed later if there were any spots. There was and we went back. She said I'm sorry,I'm leaving I can't fix it and closed the door in our faces. I had to locate a new tanner and was up half the night washing off the old tan to get a new one. My daughter was sleepy and cranky the next morning for the pageant. She even fell asleep immediately prior to her pro am. Needless to say she didn't win. I feel I am owed a refund of my tanning price. I heard she left the pageant because her daughter didn't win talent. I emailed her and have not gotten a response beware of Bronzed Beauty Tanning.
