Sunset Downs

A young blonde woman walks up to you as you enter the premises. "Welcome to Sunset Downs. Here we offer the best facilities possible for your horses. We have four barns with a total of eighty-eight stalls. Two barns are training barns. One is a stallion barn and the other is a mare barn. There are twenty-two stalls in each barn. We have excellent living facilities for those who work here and owners who decide to live here. We are located on 500 acres of which 200 are simply for trail rides. We have a 1 1/4 mile dirt track with a turf track on the inside. We have 2 3/4 mile training track. One is turf the other dirt. We have several training rings, 2 indoor and 2 outdoor. We have 5 hot walkers and 2 horse pools. We have a trailer parking lot and Sunset Downs has 5 4-horse trailers of its own." The woman smiles. "I think that about raps it up. If you have any questions please feel free to come to my office." The girl spins on her heels and walks off to her office.
