Old Fashioned Pork Steaks
This is a Canadian recipe

6 pork shoulder steaks (the price around here (OH) is usually $.99 a pound)
2 lemons, sliced into 12 thin slices
lemon-pepper seasoning, to your taste
Sauce:
1 1/3 cups catsup (I use Brooks Tangy Catsup)
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

Directions:
Place steaks on a foil lined 11x17 inch cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with the lemon-pepper seasoning
Lay 2 slices lemon on each steak
Combine the brown sugar and catsup, the pour over and
around each pork steak
Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
Midway through baking, pour off some of the juices
When ready to serve discard lemon slices.
